Blood pressure monitoring is a significant concern in the field of healthcare, and utilization flexible encapsulated sensors presents promising solution for achieving noninvasive comfortable monitoring. This paper study on encapsulation MEMS development an enhanced arterial tonometry method blood measurement, ultimately leading to realization system based sensors. To improve wearer comfort acquire reliable pulse signals, sensor combining parylene PDMS materials was fabricated. Additionally, address issue low accuracy various machine learning algorithms were compared analyzed, identification random forest model as optimal regressor. Consequently, improved tension designed implemented. The experimental results demonstrate that proposed achieved enhancement 31.4% 21% systolic diastolic measurements, respectively, with method.
